Later in the month, Moto plays The Nest on both 18 and 19 September, alongside Bartella and Sasha at Madera. Jacinta and Chris take over on 25 September, before Dan and Margit close out the month’s weekend programme on 26 September.

Madera’s brilliantly named Afternoon Te-Quila with Casamigos is coming to an end — and 31 August is your last chance to experience it. The hotel currently lists the experience from 2pm to 5pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Our advice? Run.
This is afternoon tea given a mischievous Cali-Mexican makeover. Served on a three-tier stand, the £38-per-person experience moves between savoury and sweet with coronation chicken tacos, tequila-cured salmon gravlax and habanero prawn wraps, followed by treats including coconut panna cotta and warm scones with clotted cream and jam. A Toca Margarita completes the experience.
It is playful, indulgent and, most importantly, absolutely delicious. Against Madera’s backdrop of greenery and panoramic London views, it also feels quintessentially Treehouse: taking something familiar and making it considerably more fun.
