This winter, Athenaeum Hotel have curated a cosy Festive Fizz Terrace in partnership with Gusbourne Wine. Nestled underneath blankets and heaters, the terrace allows guests to soak up the joy of London at night whilst staying warm.

Enjoy a Christmas cocoa tipple or traditional hot chocolate with whipped cream peaks dusted with nuts, mini marshmallows and a hefty serving of Christmas spirit. Enjoy decorating it yourself with the mini decorations board.

Dine alfresco and enjoy the atmosphere of Piccadilly near Christmas time whilst watching the world go by. There are nibbles and sharing boards available for guests on the terrace. Try the Artisan Cured Meats and Cheeses board for a selection of divine cured meats coupled with pickles, pickled onions, soft bread twists as well as other delights to take your fancy. Vegetarians can enjoy a tasty mezze grazing platter involving halloumi tempura, hummus, olives, pickles, labneh khobez bread, pitta and sweet chilli sauce.

For beverages and refreshments the festive fizz terrace at Athenaeum has a wonderful selection of non alcoholic wines and tipples. This is as well as serving high quality exclusive wine. The Exclusive Tipple is a sweet wine that is only available at The Athenaeum. English wine maker Gusbourne brings you English fizz made from grapes grown at vineyards in Kent.

The menus at Athenaeum Hotel and Residences are seasonal. Head Chef Ian ensures the best quality suppliers are found and places due importance on provenance in sourcing.

Nothing says Christmas like being with loved ones, and indulging into food together is a wonderful way to connect.
