Situated on the 9th floor of a stunning 1920’s building, previously known as the former House of Fraser Store Wagtail bags top notch views of London’s iconic skyline. Walking through their stylish modern restaurant we were seated into comfortable heated sofas in the private east terrace, the sun was shining, and we were able to take in views of London. The ambiance was perfect, with exclusive entertainment including live music and a DJ.
We opted for the Wagtail Brunch with half a bottle of the incredible Della Vite Rosé Prosecco each, an absolute steal for central bottomless brunching in London. Oh and did it go down a treat! To begin our brunch we devoured the selection of cheese and cured meat as well as the starters both of us selecting the delicious salt-roasted beetroot.
For the main course, I chose the Olive-fed English Wagyu rib-eye (cooked to my preference a delicious medium) or if you’re a vegetarian my guest enjoyed the Artichoke risotto both tasty and delightful accompanied by a selection of sides, our favourites were the Foraged Mushrooms and Pan roasted red chicory.
Finally for desert my guest enjoyed a delicious vanilla and strawberry cheesecake alongside an English Breakfast tea, finishing off this delicious boozy brunch perfectly.
