In 2018 Laura Lambert founded Fenton & Co. and completely disrupted the luxury jewellery industry, making it more transparent, accessible and accountable.
Fenton & Co. specialises in ethical precious gemstones with a radically refreshing approach. Laura works closely with her business partner Kathrin (formerly of De Beers and Tiffany & Co.) and splits her time between artisan mining businesses and local experts, from countries which are conflict-free and uphold the best in-practice regulations.
