The Recharge ritual, starting with the gentle glow of dawn and progressing to the brilliance of midday sun, harmonises biological clocks and emotions.
The Recover ritual immerses guests in the luminosity of the day, concluding with a warm amber twilight to aid recovery and ensure a restful night’s sleep. The Rest ritual invites guests to unwind as the sun sets, providing a decompression chamber experience before bedtime, alternating between sensory stimulation through light and soothing massages.
