The Belaire Champagne Jacuzzi
Get a touch of LA VIE EN ROSÉ with this sparkling Parisian tipple.
Ingredients
150ml Luc Belaire Rosé
Homemade Champagne Foam
Ingredients for Foam
4 egg whites
60ml Belaire Rosé
30ml lemon juice
20ml water
Method
Add all ingredients to an iSi Whipper, cap and shake to mix. Charge the iSi Whipper with two chargers, shaking between charges. Chill for at least one hour. Pour Belaire Rosé into your glass of choice (or a tiny bath!!) and layer with Champagne Foam. Garnish with edible flowers.
Provence Sunset with Luc Belaire
Perfectly light and floral with hints of strawberries and a dry finish.
Ingredients
30ml Vodka
15ml Elderflower Cordial
Luc Belaire Rosé layered on top
Method
Add the vodka and elderflower cordial to a shaker. Shake and double strain onto a chilled Martini glass.
Layer with Belaire Rosé. Garnish with Flower.
