CARINTHIA VII

Carinthia VII was undoubtedly the jewel in the crown of The Monaco Yacht Show, the yacht on everyone’s lips, even the most seasoned yacht aficionados were desperate to get a glimpse of her majestic 97-meter beauty.

Carinthia VII recently took the yachting world by storm when it left the iconic Lürssen facilities in Hamburg. Having remained in the same hands for two decades, the world-famous yacht underwent a meticulous refit, ushering in a new era of maritime magnificence for its new owner.

Carinthia VII, having transitioned from private to commercial use, now stands poised to conquer the charter market. Alberto Perrone highlighted the intricacies of this transformation, involving regulatory reviews and negotiations with class authorities to ensure seamless compliance with safety regulations.

The architectural wizardry of Bizzozero Cassina Architects, in collaboration with RYacht Management, orchestrated a dazzling metamorphosis of Carinthia VII interior and exterior. The most striking addition is the expansive 11-meter pool on the main deck, featuring a stunning glass front that blurs the boundaries between aquatic splendor and dining sophistication.

Preserving the yacht’s original interior excellence, the owner opted to retain at least one piece of furniture per room, showcasing the enduring beauty of the wooden floor. The forward main deck houses six guest suites, each exuding signature Riva elegance. The upper deck, reserved for the owner, underwent a spectacular transformation, featuring a teppanyaki round bar on the aft outdoor deck, a club lounge reminiscent of the golden era of entertainment, and a fully air-conditioned gym on the bridge deck.

The sun deck received a vibrant redesign, boasting new seating, a spacious dining table for 14, and bars for casual entertainment. A unique elevator connects the bridge deck to the lower deck, where a mesmerizing wooden band resembling a wave carries delicate boats made by an artist.

Carinthia VII’s spa area, now a haven of relaxation, offers direct sea access through a side terrace. The yacht’s wellness haven includes a beauty salon, steam room with preserved mosaic, and a specially designed spa lobby adorned with dramatic Calacatta marble.

As Carinthia VII, post-refit, embarks on its charter journey under the expert guidance of Fraser, its resplendent transformation promises an unparalleled yachting experience, seamlessly blending timeless elegance with cutting-edge enhancements. The Caribbean awaits the arrival of this maritime marvel, promising a charter season brimming with opulence and adventure.
