Trailblazing plant based fast food concept Neat has evolved from Neat Burger to expand into exciting
new food ventures, bringing customers fresh and healthy yet delicious food.
Now with four London venues, Neat is proving more and more every day how much Londoners crave
a new type of food. Neat is spearheading a new era of eating fresh and brighter plant based foods,
to make you feel 100%. With a new menu and gaining popularity, the taste buds of the capital city
show that a meat free meal is as delicious as ever.
Cooked from scratch, Neat creates their flavours with seasonal vegetables sourced locally. From
pickling, slow roasting, spicing and seasoning, the protein packed flavours of the Neat produce is
delicious and good for the planet.
The new menu boasts superfood salads, artisanal ciabattas and light bites as well as four types of meat
free burgers. The patty – the new signature shroom and bean patty is protein rich, high in fibre and low in
saturated fats. This contributes to digestive wellbeing and a balanced nutritional diet. Made from
oyster mushroom, pea protein, chickpeas, mung beans, white onions and quinoa, the Neat burger is
made from plants.
If you want to tickle your taste buds, try the Spicy Tuna artisanal ciabatta. Served on a handmade
100% organic ciabatta roll, the ‘tuna’ is a spicy chickpea alternative served with sweet vine tomato,
jalapeno, nori, chopped romaine, celery, sweetcorn, red onion with lemon garlic may and hot buffalo
sauce.
For Chick’n, look no further then the Grilled Chick’n & Basil Pesto. Serving a grilled chick’n fillet, fresh
avocado, vine ripe tomato, garden rocket, ‘feta’, red onion, green-garlic aioli and basil pesto.
The lightbite menu offers a delectable selection of nibbles, perfect for sharing.
Nothing can top the simplicity of Baked Pita Chips and hummus- oven baked pitta chips, za’atar spiced chickpeas, EVOO + lemon-garlic infused hummus. Hot buffalo chick’n wings are a great way to kick start your appetite, crispy chick’n wings in hot buffalo sauce, garden celery, parsley and herby ranch dressing.
