Le Cordon Bleu London is thrilled to announce its upcoming Summer Festival 2024, set to take place on Saturday 29th June at the prestigious culinary institution’s campus in Bloomsbury Square. The festival promises a day filled with culinary exploration and gourmet delights, offering attendees a unique opportunity to engage with Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs and indulge in world-class gastronomy.
This year’s festival will feature a variety of interactive workshops and demonstrations led by some of the industry’s leading chefs and wine experts. This features demonstrations from Senior Sous Chef at CORD by Le Cordon Bleu Justine Bordet, Executive Pastry Chef at the Dorchester Hotel Michael Kwan, Chef Patron of the Dorchester Grill Tom Booton, Chef Patron of Kayu Karim Bourgi, Le Cordon Bleu Master Bakers Stephane Gliniewicz and Douglas Bond Mollitt and Head Chef at Cavita restaurant Adriana Cavita. Demonstrations are open to all guests at the Summer Festival.
Attendees will have the chance to learn firsthand the techniques taught in Le Cordon Bleu’s renowned programmes, including pâtisserie, boulangerie, and cuisine as well as cooking demonstrations, culinary workshops, wine tastings and the opportunity to sample gourmet products. Brands including Ombar Chocolate, Julienne Bruno, Louis Latour, Gosset, Parma Ham, and Parmigiano Reggiano will be exhibiting in the Salon Gourmet Tasting Area for guests to sample and purchase some fantastic products. There will also be the opportunity to take part in foodie games and activities and find out more about the institute.
New for this year, Le Cordon Bleu Summer Festival has partnered with Bustronome London. The Bustronome is a high-end dining experience aboard a custom designed double decker bus. On board, guests will experience a London sightseeing tour while enjoying exquisite dining provided by the esteemed chefs from CORD. Tickets for the Summer Festival are now available for purchase here. General admission is priced at £15, whilst wine tasting tickets cost £30 including entry to the festival, as well as workshop tickets priced £50.
