This summer GAIL’s has launched a delicious new selection of sweet and savoury products, including a Raspberry and Pistachio Bun topped with vanilla mascarpone through to the return of GAIL’s classic moist and nutty Carrot Cake, served with a scoop of mascarpone cheese icing and crunchy hazelnut praline. Our favourite is the freshly-baked throughout the day, decadent Strawberry Ricotta Cake, made with polenta and crowned with fresh strawberries – divine.
Another tasty new addition is the Sundried Tomato and Artichoke Quiche and the Tomato and Courgette Slice. These new menu items will be a staple for summer picnics and in-bakery lunches. There is even a range of new refreshing iced drinks, such as the fragrant cold-brewed Darjeeling, Elderflower and Sage Iced Tea and the Sparkling Hibiscus with Rhubarb and Orange Iced Tea.
