Dorchester Collection has unveiled an exciting array of new experiences and partnerships across its portfolio of ten legendary hotels. From imaginative family initiatives and cutting‐edge art exhibitions to innovative culinary journeys and bespoke spa treatments, each property is set to delight even the most discerning of travellers.

To create a more engaging experience for its younger guests, The Dorchester is launching a new collaboration with Parisian lifestyle boutique Atelier Choux. Renowned for its whimsical designs, the boutique has crafted a bespoke illustration featuring the hotel’s iconic façade flanked by playful characters and hot air balloons. This enchanting design will adorn a selection of in‑suite amenities for children—including pillow covers, duvets and cushions—with select items also available for purchase as keepsakes. In addition, the hotel is introducing a new children’s afternoon tea, complete with themed cake toppers and colouring books, which can be enjoyed either in‑suite or at The Promenade.

Celebrated for its art exhibition programme, 45 Park Lane is kicking off this year’s cultural calendar with “Icons of the Silver Screen: Legends, Moments, and Memories.” Curated by Lily Ackerman of Ackerman Studios in collaboration with fine art photography gallery Iconic Images, the exhibition showcases works by some of the most celebrated photographers, including Terry O’Neill—famed for his portraits of Frank Sinatra and Faye Dunaway—as well as Gered Mankowitz, Dafydd Jones and pioneering fashion photographer Norman Parkinso. At the Michelin‑starred restaurant Woven by Adam Smith, Coworth Park is inviting guests to explore the evolution of British cuisine through a newly introduced tasting menu. Modern twists on classic favourites abound: starters include inventive dishes such as mackerel and rhubarb tart and coronation chicken satay sweetbread, while main courses celebrate the best of British produce with offerings like salt‑aged Yorkshire duck with morel, three‑cornered leeks and blueberries, as well as Hereford beef with oxtail, onion and tarragon. For dessert, chef Adam Smith’s signature creation—chocolate with sea salt and crème fraîche paired with Yorkshire rhubarb, oat, buttermilk and ginger—provides a fitting finale. The tasting menu is available at £165 with wine pairings or £110 without.

In Paris, Le Meurice is ushering in the new year with two exclusive experiences at its Spa Valmont. The hotel has partnered with internationally acclaimed makeup artist Olivier Echaudemaison to offer personalised makeup sessions, with all proceeds donated to Maison des Femmes—an organisation supporting women in vulnerable circumstances. Additionally, Spa Valmont has introduced “Réveil du Gentleman”, a revitalising treatment designed specifically for men. For those wishing to make the most of their Thursday evenings, Hôtel Plaza Athénée’s Dior Spa has launched “Starry Thursdays”.
