Tito’s Handmade Vodka is used to create ‘Queen Bea’. This cocktail is blended with St Germain elderflower liqueur, triple sec, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, vanilla and lemongrass syrup and topped with edible glitter. The Queen Bea is inspired by Andy Warhol’s portrait of queen Beatrix of the Netherlands.
Another wonderful winter art cocktail on the menu is ‘Nostalgic Embrace’ takes influence from Where the Unknown Reigns by artist Sebastiaan Bremer. This cocktail is described as ‘winter in a cup’. Made with Dewar’s 12 year old scotch whisky wonderfully mixed with lemon juice, orange, tidy tea, harissa paste and garnished with cinnamon this cocktail is a festive wonder.
The cocktails are tasteful and sophisticated and the light bites fall into line perfectly. For nibbles on the rooftop, cloudM also has a selection of charcuterie and snacks. From a classic English cheese selection with locally sourced buttermilk crackers and quince jelly to sweet potato fries perfectly paired with truffle mayonnaise. To a tasteful selection of bread and oils to just give you that something to graze on whilst the cocktails flow.
