Balmain Beauty — one of Olivier Rousteing’s dreams since being appointed Creative Director at age 25. After his 10th anniversary at the helm of Balmain, the dream turned into a vision — reflecting the inclusive and diverse beauty of 21st-century Paris and sharing it with the world.
Olivier Rousteing studied the art of scent-making. He then delved into the house’s archives and handpicked four of Balmain’s legacy scents — Vent Vert, Ivoire, Ébène, and Carbone — to be reinvented for the modern era.
The idea of an eight-fragrance collection for all has taken shape. Each scent resonates with the occasion, setting, mood, or season, for a unique signature feel. After two years of development, Balmain is now ready to share its fragrance collection, Les Éternels de Balmain.

An electrifying floral fruity bouquet flirting with radiant woods. As soon as the sun sets, sensual lily, exotic moraea ciliata, and fruity apricot-like osmanthus conspire to let their supple nectar overflow. The exhilarating floral-fruity experience reaches its culmination when warm and deep georgywood blows a final kiss to ylang-ylang in the night sky.

A combination of airy vert de mandarine and sensual jasmine in full flower. Within Vent Vert, new harmonies bring a verdant composition. This zephyr of basil, spearmint, and fig leaf fills the air with all shades of green. Liveliness deepens with an unexpected woody blackcurrant finale, for a moving celebration of nature.
2024 Vent Vert is an innovative interpretation of the infinite shades of green that made the 1947 original composition stand out. The focus has shifted from powerful galbanum to the newly introduced and exceptional vert de mandarine. Its role is to enhance the scent’s green naturality.

BALMAIN BLEU INFINI
Land meets sea when the maquis warmth of cistus absolute embraces salted lichen. The clash of sun-soaked stones and oceanic vapor lingers. It still features a big white floral bouquet, but the newly introduced signature tubéreuse de nuit now makes all the difference and forges a new and unique harmony with the vetiver.

In its high-shine ebony-like dark brown bottle, the timeless fragrance ushers in the age of self-discovery and a journey to reveal our universal origin.
Precious myrrh oil coiled around an ebony tree’s mystical roots to ground the scent in essence and permanence. From earth to air, an extraordinary tobacco blend brings out the most treasured spices of vanilla and cinnamon. The trail they leave behind is evocative of the universal path back to our origins.
2024 Ébène reinvents the original 1983 aromatic fougère fragrance with a profound symbolic role, making the meaning of its name — ebony in French — stand out Like never before. With newly found scent expectations, a deep ebony wood accord is now ennobling Ébène’s timelessness.

In its metallic ignited copper bottle, Bronze symbolizes rebirth, majestically rising like the Phoenix from the ashes. The story behind this creation is Olivier Rousteing’s healing journey from a fire-related accident.
A contrasting trio of blazing cedarwoods revived by a surprisingly cooling patchouli. Black pepper lends a fusing fresh note before clean, animalic, and mystical woods are set on fire. Each flame is intensified by tobacco leaves and exudes a new primal energy — a raw purity born from transformation. Warm herbaceous hay absolute pulsates a hopeful light in the embers. It signals the woods are back to life.
