Masseria Le Carrube and Masseria San Domenio are the two sister restaurants of the resort. San Domenica offers specialities from the typical cuisine of Puglia accompanied by a selection of great wines and Le Carrube is a vegetarian zero waste, self produced restaurant. The menu is created daily by Chef Massimo Santoro and selected according to quality and seasonality of produce. All ingredients are locally sourced or grown in the surrounding gardens of Le Carrube.
