From 13th March, Monday-Friday, guests can indulge in the 3 course Nikkei Lunch Menu (£38); starting with a choice off fresh Nigiri, such as Ginshake with King Salmon and banana miso cream and Amadai with Japanese red bream, wasabi and manao crunch.
Following this, guests can choose from a range of Maki, including the signature Amazónico Roll or the Atun Picante with tuna tartare.
