As the strawberry season draws near, we’re thrilled to announce an exclusive Strawberry Masterclass at Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester, available for booking on Wednesday, May 15th. Led by Chef Patron Jean-Philippe Blondet and Pastry Chef Valentin Jollivet, this unique event guarantees a strawberry extravaganza like no other.

In these intimate masterclasses, guests will step into the renowned kitchen of the three Michelin-starred Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester. They’ll witness and participate in the creation of a Michelin-starred strawberry dish slated for the May menu. Chef Jean-Philippe and Pastry Chef Valentin will generously share their expertise, guiding participants through the art of crafting sensational dishes with strawberries, including Valentin’s French twist on the classic English Eton Mess. From selecting the finest ingredients to mastering culinary techniques, guests will glean invaluable insights to elevate their cooking skills.
