The steak was, quite simply, one of the best we have ever eaten. Perfectly cooked, wonderfully tender and bursting with flavour, it was the sort of dish that inspires a moment of complete silence, followed by the inevitable declaration that nothing else will ever quite compare.
Equally memorable was the grilled papaya and peanut salad, a wonderfully imaginative combination of contrasting textures, freshness and flavour that perfectly embodies the restaurant’s creative approach to Mediterranean cuisine.
And then there are the strawberry mojitos. Beautifully refreshing, irresistibly fruity and dangerously easy to order again, they taste even better when enjoyed beneath a cloudless sky with the ocean glistening in the distance.
