September always feels like beauty’s unofficial reset button. Summer textures make way for richer formulas, deeper colours and products that feel better suited to the new season. It is also one of the busiest moments in the beauty calendar, with brands unveiling some of their most important launches of the year.
From a next-generation anti-ageing serum and a mascara inspired by freshly wet lashes to a complete runway-ready colour wardrobe, these are the new beauty launches currently on my radar.

Dr. Barbara Sturm Super Anti-Aging Serum and Face Mask Rich
Dr. Barbara Sturm begins September with two major additions to her Super Anti-Aging Collection, both focused on restoring the visible qualities associated with younger-looking skin.
The newly enhanced Super Anti-Aging Serum builds upon the original formula, which has been part of the Molecular Cosmetics collection since 2015. The updated version introduces next-generation bioactives, intelligent antioxidants and ingredients designed to support the skin’s NAD+ levels, a molecule connected to cellular energy and healthy skin function.
Superoxide dismutase helps defend against oxidative stress, while sunflower sprout extract supports the skin’s NAD+ levels. These sit alongside Dr. Sturm’s signature biofermented purslane, skullcap, glutathione and hyaluronic acid.
According to clinical and instrumental testing conducted over 84 days, the serum improved the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles by 38%, radiance by 49%, smoothness by 58%, hydration by 180% and elasticity by 29%. It is a serious formula, designed for those looking for a comprehensive approach to visible skin ageing rather than a quick temporary glow.

Joining it is the new Super Anti-Aging Face Mask Rich, an intensive cream-to-oil treatment formulated to support elasticity, hydration and the skin barrier.
Japanese camellia and passionfruit oils provide omega-9 fatty acids, while a combination of hyaluronic acid, glycolipids and barley extract delivers immediate and longer-lasting hydration. Cherimoya extract, sunflower seed oil, vitamin E and biofermented purslane provide additional antioxidant and soothing benefits.
The formula melts into an oil after 15 to 20 minutes and comes with a stainless-steel Gua Sha, designed to help work the product into the skin while encouraging lymphatic drainage and sculpting the facial contours. According to the brand’s instrumental testing, skin elasticity improved by 84% after five applications.
The Dr. Barbara Sturm Super Anti-Aging Serum is available now, priced at £290 for 30ml. The Super Anti-Aging Face Mask Rich is priced at £170 for 50ml.

Tom Ford Beauty Runway Collection
Tom Ford Beauty has created an entire runway-inspired colour wardrobe for the new season, spanning eyes, liner and lips.
The new Runway Eye Color Quad Poudre arrives in two colour stories. Burnished Haze brings together pinky nude, rose-gold shimmer, coffee brown and deep plum-brown, creating the kind of warm, smoky eye that feels made for autumn. Euphoric Rosé takes a softer approach with muted pink, rosé champagne, shimmering blue-pink and a deeper red-toned brown-pink.
For those drawn to cooler colour, the Runway Eye Color Quad Crème in Cosmic Smoke combines cosmic champagne, baby blue, cobalt and deep navy in a velvety cream formula that melts into the skin.
The collection also introduces two shades of Tom Ford Gel Eyeliner: Aubergine, a cool rich purple, and Bronze, a deep brown illuminated with golden shimmer. Both feel like sophisticated alternatives to black and offer an easy way to bring autumn colour into an everyday make-up look.

Lips receive an equally extensive update. The classic Runway Lip Color is enriched with meadowfoam seed, tsubaki, camelina and pomegranate seed oils, wrapping the lips in creamy, fade-resistant colour while helping to maintain moisture. Five new shades range from warm pink Nubile and cool beige Undress to Irrepressible, a warm cocoa brown.
The new Runway Liquid Lip Color Matte offers a more modern, powder-soft finish. The lightweight formula creates a blurred velvet effect with buildable medium-to-full coverage and is designed to resist feathering and smudging. There are 14 shades in total, but autumnal standouts include caramel-toned Burnt Peach, deep nude Coco Soir, mysterious Plum Orchid and the fiery peach Pêche Epicée.

Fara Homidi Beauty Pool Slick Lash Lacquer
Fara Homidi Beauty is bringing something entirely different to the mascara category with the new Pool Slick Lash Lacquer.
Inspired by the way lashes look immediately after emerging from a swimming pool, the mascara creates a lustrous, lifted and almost wet-looking finish. It is less about a traditional fluffy lash and more about making each lash appear glossy, defined and alive.
The next-generation formula is intensely pigmented, buildable, long-wearing and smudge-proof, yet can be removed using warm water and a gentle touch. Plankton extract is included to help support the appearance of lash density, pink pepper extract is designed to help lashes appear darker over time, and pomegranate seed oil provides moisture and conditioning.
Its curved precision wand follows the natural shape of the eye, while solid brush fibres separate, lift and define the lashes. A single coat creates a light, water-sheened effect, while additional layers build towards something fuller and more dramatic.
Even the packaging feels considered. The mascara arrives in the brand’s new signature acid-yellow lacquered metal tube, and the entire component, including the wand, can be recycled once empty.
Pool Slick Lash Lacquer is available in two shades: Absolu, an ultra-black glassy obsidian, and Cabana, a silky walnut brown.

Givenchy Le Rouge Satin Silk and Le Rouge Hydra Balm
Givenchy Beauty enters a new era with two lip launches that bring together couture design, colour performance and skincare.
The new Le Rouge Satin Silk has been completely reimagined, from its architectural black lacquered case and silver detailing to the first separable 4G emblem. The mirrored silver top takes inspiration from Givenchy’s sculptural jewellery, while the new pointed “pinch bullet” has been designed to offer greater precision during application.
The formula delivers a luminous satin finish with up to 12 hours of vibrant colour and definition. Hyaluronic acid microspheres help attract and retain water, providing up to 48 hours of hydration, while a tripeptide complex is designed to improve the appearance of the lips over time.
The collection comprises 19 luminous shades spanning timeless nudes and pinks through to deeper, more assertive reds. N05 George 5, a warm almond nude, pays tribute to the House’s historic atelier on Avenue George V, while P227 Pink Silhouette is a vibrant deep rose inspired by the precision of Givenchy tailoring.
Alongside it, Le Rouge Hydra Balm reimagines the House’s lip balm in a glossy white version of the same couture case. It is available in two shades: a black balm that reacts to the lips’ pH to enhance their natural colour and a sheer natural white balm.
Hyaluronic acid spheres provide up to 48 hours of hydration, while flaxseed oil delivers nourishment and comfort. A combination of peptide and ceramide helps support smoother, plumper-looking lips.
Givenchy Le Rouge Satin Silk and Le Rouge Hydra Balm are both available now, priced at £41 each.

Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Blur
Charlotte Tilbury’s latest Airbrush Flawless launches technically arrived at the end of August, but they are far too significant to leave out of a September beauty edit.
The new Airbrush Flawless Blur Loose Powder and Airbrush Flawless Blush Blur extend the brand’s signature smoothing, blurring effect into two new categories. Both formulas are powered by AIRtech™, feel light on the skin and combine make-up performance with skincare ingredients.
The loose powder can be used to build, bake, brighten, smooth or sculpt without leaving the complexion looking heavy or dry. It is designed to visibly blur texture while providing up to 24 hours of oil and shine control.
Airbrush Flawless Blush Blur smooths and diffuses the appearance of the skin while bouncing light across the cheeks for a fresh, lifted, blushed-from-within finish.

The accompanying campaign is built around the message “Flawless is a Feeling” and brings together a cross-generational cast of global talent, including Jerry Hall, Grace Van Patten, Leni Klum, Duckie Thot, Noor Stars, Song Wenyao, Lola Indigo and Louane.
Each represents one of three Airbrush Flawless archetypes: Flawless Glam, Flawless Matte or Flawless Fresh, showing how the collection can create everything from sculpted glamour and lasting shine control to a soft-focus, real-skin finish.
The Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Blur Loose Powder is priced at £40, the Airbrush Flawless Blush Blur at £35, and the accompanying Airbrush Flawless Easy Soft Blur Bronzer and Blusher Brush at £39.
