Unveiling Anda Barut Collection, Turkey With Olympic Wellness Weekend

In an unforgettable weekend with Olympic and athletic royalty, Anda Barut Collection opened its doors to the public with a star-studded programme of wellness activities hosted by Olympians. This magnificent opening took place during the Olympic Medalist Athletes Wellness Weekend event, attended by globally renowned Turkish and international Olympic medalist athletes. Guests had the opportunity to experience various sports activities in and around the facility, including running a 5K with long-distance runner Paula Radcliffe, swimming with Olympic gold medalist Rebecca Adlington, rowing with Vicky Thornley and Richard Egington, yoga with Leon Taylor, and dance classes alongside Strictly legends Ian Waite, Ola, and James Jordan, among many other classes and activities.

Located in the Delice Peninsula, Anda Barut Collection is a five-star ultra all-inclusive resort, boasting 547 rooms and 14 luxury private villas. With an investment of over 150 million Euros in Didim, Anda Barut Collection has revitalised the region economically and socially, turning it into one of the most coveted tourist destinations. With its 52 years of experience, Barut Hotels has established the Anda Barut Collection on 150 acres of land in Didim’s Delice Peninsula. It’s no surprise that with the investment made by Anda Barut Collection in Didim, there has been an average increase in property values of 20 to 25 percent in the region in 2024.

Anda Barut Collection is divided into three main sections to ensure guests’ comfort and provide diverse experiences, catering to business, family, or luxury romantic holidays. You’ll find yourself spoilt for choice when deciding which pool to sunbathe around, as the complex offers guests the choice of poolside ‘zones’, a cleverly adapted system that allows guests to find their perfect spot. The community zone is centrally located in the hotel and is home to the main communal facilities, including the main restaurant and pool area.

If the words ‘adults only’ indulge you, then the adult zone, located on the left side of the hotel, features a poolside bar where no order is too complicated, a bistro, and of course a pristine pool to relax and swim in. The rooms situated in this zone are also exclusively for adults, ensuring a quieter atmosphere.

The family zone is located on the right side of the hotel and features family-friendly facilities including the adventure park, kids’ club, and aqua park, which is exciting even as an adult. On-site, there is also a fairground and safe play areas.

Tucked furthest away from the complex are the Bayou Villas, located near the water’s edge in front of the Family and Adult zones. Each villa is self-contained and comes with its own private pool.

One of the resort’s main attractions is its diverse range of on-site restaurants, with 10 locations to choose from, each offering something unique, from traditional Turkish cuisine to Italian, Indian, and Chinese. Highlights of the on-site dining options include the expansive buffet-style restaurant on the ground floor, with ample food choices during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

For those wanting to still enjoy a taste of their routine, they can head to the Olivae Patisserie for sweet treats and coffee. The main bar and poolside beach bars also allow guests to pick their favourite drinks and cocktails, rather than offering limited drink menus, making for a much more personalised experience.

Located with easy access to İzmir and Bodrum, Anda Barut Collection is close to a range of tourist and historical sites rich in natural beauty, including Lake Bafa, the Temple of Apollo, the ancient city of Miletus, and the enchanting atmosphere of Ephesus, giving guests the opportunity to explore outside of the resort during their stay. Although the expansive mountainous range seemingly continues for miles, appearing untouched, there is a rich history in Didim. The ruins of the Temple of Apollo provide guests with a memorable holiday experience surrounded by Turkey’s natural beauty and historical heritage.
