As a tribute to this remarkable city, Royal Salute’s Master Blender, Sandy Hyslop, has expertly crafted a bespoke 21-Year-Old Blended Malt whisky with a rich, fruity profile that mirrors the vibrancy of Rio’s culture. A key component of this exceptional blend is a selection of precious whiskies from Braeval Distillery, matured in first-fill casks to impart fresh floral and grassy notes, reminiscent of Rio’s lush, tropical landscape. These elements are beautifully complemented by other malt whiskies aged in American Oak casks, introducing sweet and creamy vanilla and coconut undertones, resulting in a whisky of remarkable smoothness and depth.

“With its creamy sweetness of vanilla and coconut, combined with rich fruity notes, this blended malt whisky is like an intricate dance—much like the Bossa Nova performed on a warm Brazilian evening.
