Situated on the banks of the River Isla in Speyside, Linn House—the picturesque and little-known ‘home of whisky’—will open its doors for an extraordinary celebration of Burns Night. From Thursday, 23rd January, to Saturday, 25th January 2025, guests are invited to enjoy an unforgettable fusion of food, whisky, and tradition.
Ecuadorian chef and Fire Made co-founder Ana Ortiz will headline the event, showcasing her expertise in open-flame fire dining with a bespoke menu crafted to pair perfectly with rare whiskies and cocktails curated from Chivas Brothers’ extensive whisky library.
Hailing from the Galapagos Islands, Ortiz is celebrated for her mastery of fire cooking. For her residency at Linn House, she will blend the smoky, soulful flavours of her Ecuadorian heritage with the rich traditions of a Scottish Burns Night, offering a reimagined take on the classic menu.
Set against a magical backdrop of music and Burns-inspired surprises, this event promises a celebration like no other. Guests will have the opportunity to savour Ana’s distinctive interpretation of Scottish fare while immersing themselves in the spirit of Robert Burns.
