For their latest dining experience, Six by Nico has truly rolled out the red carpet with their six-course Hollywood tasting menu, offering a vegetarian version as well. Each dish is inspired by iconic cinematic classics from the ’80s and ’90s.

Even the pre-dinner cocktails have a Hollywood flair, with creations like Tequila Mockingbird, the classic Vesper Martini, and the Casablanca French 75. Feeling extra peckish? The melt-in-your-mouth appetizers are a must-try, like El Jefe’s Cubano Pork Croquettes with Jalapeño Emulsion and Roast Red Pepper Jam, or the equally tempting vegetarian option.
The first course, “Curse of the Black Pearl,” inspired by Pirates of the Caribbean, features squid and N’duja arancini with fennel, sea herbs, and lemon gel—a delicious and very Instagrammable start to the meal. Next up is “Good Morning, Vietnam,” with prawn and pork banh bao, sesame, sweet and sour pumpkin, and nuoc cham. This course pairs beautifully with a Romanian organic white wine, balancing the flavours perfectly.

Then comes the famous “Royale With Cheese,” inspired by the iconic Pulp Fiction movie. A 24-hour ox cheek dish that falls apart effortlessly, served with comté polenta, turnip choucroute, and lovage – rich, tender, and utterly delicious.
The “Bubba Gump Shrimp” course, inspired by Forrest Gump of course, offers grilled coal fish with Malaysian shrimp curry, coriander emulsion, and coconut chutney. We couldn’t resist adding popcorn shrimp with Nori Ranch dressing—its combination of crunch and tenderness is outstanding.
As Halloween approaches, the “What’s Your Favourite Scary Movie?” dish is perfectly spooky. Inspired by Scream, the Chinese red pork with red pepper, cauliflower, beignet, and crackling is brilliantly presented and melts in your mouth.

The final course, “Leave The Gun, Take The Cannoli,” is a decadent nod to The Godfather. Chocolate delice is paired with hazelnut praline cannoli and Pedro Ximénez sherry—an indulgent end to the experience. The dessert wine, Il Furetto Brachetto D’Acqui DOCG, is so unique it’s bound to become a favourite.
