Crafted by the acclaimed architectural firm Foster + Partners, this exceptional hotel embodies the epitome of luxury hospitality and elevated living, featuring 225 rooms and suites and introducing eight distinctive dining concepts, including collaborations with three renowned Michelin-starred chefs.
The hotel’s interior design, a masterpiece by the celebrated Parisian duo Gilles & Boissier, showcases over 50 carefully curated art pieces from both local and global artists. The Lana also boasts the UAE’s first Dior Spa, set to open its doors in April 2024.

Conceptualized and managed by OMNIYAT, The Lana marks the initial step in revitalizing the Downtown Dubai neighborhood. OMNIYAT’s founder and chairman, Mr. Mahdi Amjad, shared a vision of delivering exceptional experiences and transforming the area into the ultimate luxury enclave in the heart of Dubai.
The hotel’s architectural inspiration draws from Dubai’s ever-evolving skyline, featuring a striking interconnected design with a central podium known as The Lana Promenade. This space hosts retail and restaurant outlets, along with an infinity rooftop pool offering panoramic views of the city and desert landscape.
Gilles & Boissier’s interior design, influenced by Dubai’s modern minimalism and abundant sunlight, emphasizes spaciousness and light. The rooms feature outdoor terraces and floor-to-ceiling glass windows, providing natural light and breathtaking views.
The Lana offers five signature suites, including the Marina Duplex and Marina Terrace Suites with unique duplex layouts, double-height corner living rooms, and outdoor terraces on both levels. The Marina Royal Suite boasts an expansive balcony with views of Burj Khalifa, while the two-bedroom Lana Royal Suite envelops the north corner of the building.
Situated in the heart of Dubai, overlooking Burj Khalifa on the Marasi Bay marina, The Lana caters to both business and leisure travelers.
