Ryan Chetiyawardana, also known as My Lyan is the mastermind behind the ‘World’s Best Bar’, Dandelyan at the Mondrian London. Their latest cocktail menu, ‘Modern Life of Plants,’ explored how plants grow, reproduce and defend themselves, then extracts these qualities in a ‘nose -to-tail’ approach to flora.
Dandelyan’s striking interiors were designed with flair by legendary British designer Tom Dixon. An Art Deco-inspired space featuring sumptuous pink banquettes, a green marble bar and incredible views of the River Thames and St. Pauls.
With the recent announcement by Mr Lyan of Dandelyan’s imminent closure, it would be wise to experience this incredible venue before it transforms into something ‘brighter, shinier and more fitting of where we’re (all) at now’.
